What You’ll Do

As a Client Services Manager , you’ll lead post-sale support for Patch advertisers — from campaign setup to reporting — ensuring every client receives smooth, responsive service.

You’ll

  • Manage campaign implementation for display and newsletter advertising
  • Partner with Sales, Ad Ops, and Account Management to ensure timely, error-free launches
  • Monitor pacing and delivery across campaigns and resolve any issues
  • Serve as the go-to for campaign reporting and performance insights
  • Flag and address delivery bottlenecks or process gaps
  • Help develop scalable systems and best practices for client support

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in digital advertising operations, client services, or media execution
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager a plus)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear communicator with a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable working across internal tools, teams, and time zones
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with programmatic or newsletter campaigns
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms
  • Background in agency workflows or media planning
