Join BAYADA

At BAYADA, our work is rooted in a commitment to provide compassionate, high-quality care and to support the people who make that care possible. We are seeking a personable, service-minded Client Services Manager to help coordinate dependable care, build trusted relationships, and support clients and field employees across the Denver territory.

This is a relationship-centered role for someone who brings warmth, sound judgment, initiative, and a genuine desire to help people succeed. You will balance the needs of clients and employees with the operational goals of the office, contributing to a supportive team and a strong care experience.

What you’ll do
  • Coordinate and manage a caseload, helping ensure client services are delivered reliably and meet client needs.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, field employees, referral sources, and colleagues.

  • Support field employees through responsive communication, administrative guidance, and problem-solving.

  • Participate in recruiting field employees and help strengthen the team serving the territory.

  • Coordinate schedules and service needs, adapting thoughtfully as circumstances change.

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the caseload through relationship-building and excellent service.

  • Monitor the operational and financial health of the caseload and work toward team goals while keeping people and quality of service at the center.

  • Learn and use the technology and systems needed to support day-to-day operations.

What you’ll bring
  • A warm, respectful, people-centered approach. You can build trust, influence positively, and motivate others.

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with care and professionalism.

  • A track record of working toward goals or targets, with a practical, team-oriented approach to results.

  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Initiative, follow-through, humility, and a willingness to take on challenges.

  • The ability to work on-site at the Denver office five days per week.

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or a related service environment.

  • Experience supporting, leading, or managing people. People leadership experience is welcome, but not required.

  • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant healthcare experience.

Candidates from customer-focused backgrounds such as hospitality, banking, or restaurants are encouraged to apply. A degree is preferred, not required; equivalent relevant experience is valued.

Work setting and compensation

This position is based in the Denver office and supports the Denver metro territory. The role is on-site five days per week; applicants should be able to commute reliably to the office. No routine travel is expected. On-call participation is not mandatory; voluntary coverage may be available and is compensated separately.

The base salary range is $60,000–$65,000, plus eligibility for performance-based incentives and benefits. Incentive compensation is based on the applicable plan and role performance.
