The Client Services Liaison is responsible for tasks related to the Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC), assisting citizens seeking community support and services in the Atlanta region. Responsibilities include information and referral counseling, intake, and screening for the Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program and the Home and Community-Based Services Program. The role involves providing consultation via telephone and face-to-face to older adults, caregivers, individuals with disabilities, and the general public about available options and resources, both public and private, including home and community-based services.
This position is fully remote after the initial onboarding period, with occasional in-office requirements.
