Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client service, account management, or order-management experience.
• Printing, labels, packaging, or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from order entry through shipment.
• Enter and process client orders with specifications, quantities, materials, and finishing.
• Review artwork, proofs, POs, and job specs for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Prepress, Production and Shipping to meet schedules.
• Track orders and provide timely status updates to clients.
• Communicate pricing, specs, proofs, schedules, and changes to customers.
• Resolve questions and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Enter revisions and ensure departments have current information.
• Monitor production schedules and follow up on delays or urgent requests.
• Assist with estimates, reorders, rush orders, and special requests as needed.
• Build strong relationships through responsive and knowledgeable service.
• Work with internal teams to identify and resolve production or quality issues.
