• Handle client invoices and billing issues.
• Compile documents for client renewals.
• Update Accord applications accurately.
• Submit client change requests for coverage adjustments.
• Request information on loss runs.
• Obtain online quotes from carriers.
• Collaborate on client deliverables preparation.
