Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in advertising, communications, marketing, business or other related field.
• Fluency with the processes, language, and technology related to integrated marketing campaigns across creative development, production, paid media, strategy, research and measurement/tracking.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing-related Account Management. Strong preference for agency experience.
• Ability to juggle, managing multiple complex deliverables, projects and accounts at the same time.
• Superior communication, writing, research, and oral presentation skills.
• Experience with managing internal creative, digital, and strategic communications teams, as well as external vendors and freelance consultants.
• Proficiency with Google Suite products and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage fully integrated marketing communications campaigns across every step of the strategic, executional and measurement process.
• Develop management and communications plans for client.
• Coordinate project schedules with our internal agency team, vendors, and clients.
• Plan complex projects to ensure completion within time frames and budget.
• Oversee agency team contributions including on-staff and contract artists, designers, programmers, editors, writers, and others.
• Create specifications, budgets, work plans, timelines, and resource allocation models for client assignments.
• Lead the process developing creative concepts, content, strategic plans, campaigns and other production elements.
• Interface with clients for creative proposals and liaison meetings; manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Set a tone for the team that inspires people to do their best work.
