We are seeking a highly organized and strategicClient Services Leadto oversee the day-to-day business and financial operations for our roster of elite clients. This individual will act as the central point of contact, working directly with clients and their teams (agents, attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors) to ensure cohesive management of their affairs.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategicClient Services Leadto oversee the day-to-day business and financial operations for our roster of elite clients. This individual will act as the central point of contact, working directly with clients and their teams (agents, attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors) to ensure cohesive management of their affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as day-to-day business manager for assigned clients, providing concierge-level support
  • Oversee and track all client financial activity, including income, expenses, and account balances
  • Assist in budgeting and cash flow planning; provide regular financial reports and summaries
  • Coordinate with CPAs on tax planning and preparation
  • Provide vetted referrals to CPAs, financial advisors, and other professionals as needed
  • Monitor and coordinate insurance policies (health, disability, liability, etc.)
  • Oversee bill pay, wire transfers, and financial approvals in coordination with client preferences
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Maintain confidential and accurate records for all client interactions and financial matters
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Sports Management, or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in client services, business management, family office, or athlete representation preferred
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting, taxes, and insurance
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Proficient with Excel, Google Workspace, and financial tracking tools
