FIS Global Solutions Philippines, Inc. offers a two-year, full-time University Program beginning in 2027. Participants will engage in team projects, community service, and professional development seminars to accelerate their impact from day one.

The program includes AI-enabled learning sprints, direct exposure to senior leaders, and hands-on experience across product, implementation, operations, and support, all geared toward client success and your career growth.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and applying them to productivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering high-quality service.
• Analyze client requests and service trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist onboarding activities, service reviews, product education, and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track client issues and support retention efforts.

As a full-time employee in the FIS University Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success.

This two-year full-time program begins 2027 with a series of AI-Enabled Learning Sprints designed to help you accelerate your impact from day one. Through this immersive experience, you will:

• Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role.
• Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech.
• Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work.
• Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.

About the team:

The Client Services team serves as a trusted partner to clients throughout their journey with FIS solutions. Team members build strong customer relationships, provide operational support, coordinate issue resolution, and help clients maximize the value of their products and services. Working closely with internal partners across product, implementation, operations, and support functions, the team delivers a seamless client experience while driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

What you will be doing:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely support and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding customer needs and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
• Analyze client requests, account activity, and service trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client outcomes.
• Assist with onboarding activities, service reviews, product education, and adoption initiatives to help clients achieve their business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track client issues, monitor service performance, and contribute to successful client retention efforts.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study included but not limited to Business Administration, Communications, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Data Analytics
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
