Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a full-time Client Services and Operations Associate to join our Boston or New Haven team. You will support institutional and marketing efforts, manage client reporting, onboarding, and CRM data, and collaborate with Operations and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, initiative, and a basic understanding of investment products. Preference for those with financial services experience in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with a client-facing presence.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction.
• Some financial services experience preferred, with institutional investing or wealth management background.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, SMAs, and target funds.
• Comfortable in a small team and delivering hands-on client service.

Job Description

• Our client is seeking a full-time Client Service & Operations Associate to join our growing team in our Boston, or New Haven location.
• This individual will have specialized knowledge and skills, obtained through experience and/or formal training, to assist and support our institutional and marketing team.
• They will be expected to provide solutions to problems with extensive contact with our Operations team, internal business partners, as well as various custodians.
• Additionally, they will help to facilitate and execute sales and marketing initiatives, manage client reporting, provide assistance with onboarding and maintaining our financial intermediary partners, while ensuring accurate CRM data management and support across platforms.
