• Ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to information requests.
• Meet and greet clients.
• Maintain office supplies and process mail.
• Prepare routine correspondence and reports.
• Support programs and projects.
• Plan events and marketing.
• Schedule meetings with clients/members.
• Update CRM with client information.
• Assist Advisors with meeting prep and follow-up.
• Provide back-up for non-licensed tasks.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks.
