This is a part-time, in-office position designed for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep a busy office running smoothly.
You do not need to be a licensed insurance agent or have previous insurance experience. We're looking for the right personality, work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

As our Client Experience Coordinator, you'll be one of the first people our clients interact with and will play an important role in creating the friendly, welcoming experience we want every person to have when working with Insurance Benefit Navigators.
The ideal person for this role is someone who is:
Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, healthcare, insurance, or another professional office environment is helpful but not required.
We're willing to train the right person.
This is more than a traditional receptionist position.
Our Client Experience Coordinator will become an important part of our team and help support the overall client experience and daily operations of the agency.
As the position develops, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, increase hours, and potentially transition into a Full-Time role.
