Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a digitally savvy professional to support the Greater Industrial platform, develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, and assist in transaction coordination. You will liaise with clients and professionals to promote services and close deals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced technical and computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • 3+ years' experience supporting sales team with Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire transaction process, ensuring that all necessary documents, contracts, and agreements are prepared, reviewed, and executed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in conducting due diligence investigations, including gathering and reviewing property information, financial records, leases, permits, and other relevant documents to identify any potential issues or risks.
  • Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets, submitting completed trade record, and supporting paperwork.
  • Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Create and manage transaction timelines, ensuring that all necessary tasks and milestones are completed within the designated timeframes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, property values, rental rates, and other market factors.
  • Seek opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve transaction coordination.
  • Create various marketing materials including brochures, surveys, offering memorandums, aerials, data sheets, client specific packages, maps, eblasts, newsletters.
  • Upload and manage online listing websites, such as colliers.com and other relevant media (CoStar, LoopNet)
  • Research property site information using various sources (Costar, LoopNet, Land Vision, local county sites)

This position is an onsite role and will provide onsite support to both our Mount Laurel, NJ & Philadelphia, PA office.

In this role, you will...

Area/Location Specific: New Jersey

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $25.06/hour to $29.86/hour
