Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Client Services Coordinator for our Bessemer, AL client in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role focuses on handling high-volume inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal and international teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work URGENTLY and efficiently in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, client support, administrative, retail, hospitality, sales support, or similar experience.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, learning new systems, and handling challenging situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of customer emails and service inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Research customer questions, shipment issues, and service concerns to determine the best solution.
• Process orders, bills of lading, applications, forms, and other customer requests accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account information.
• Track shipments and work through problems by researching multiple systems and sources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and international partners to resolve customer needs.

Compensation: $20–$22/hour, Contract opportunity (3-4 months)

What You’ll Be Doing:
