Job summary

Edelman Financial Engines, LLC is seeking a Client Services team member to provide high-level client service alongside a Financial Planner. You will help build client relationships, handle related administrative tasks, and support accounts with a strong finance background.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, supervising account activity, processing paperworks, and ensuring confidentiality. A base salary range is provided with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience (RIA or Broker/Dealer) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and multi-tasking.
• High level of confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, greeting clients, and preparing paperwork.
• Supervise client account activity and resolve issues.
• Prepare and review new account paperwork for completeness.
• Verify accounts are traded to the correct model and manage rollovers/transfers.
• Document key client achievements and data for future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support firm initiatives and participate in company projects.
• Represent the CSA voice in cross-team projects and rollouts.
