Job summary

Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a client services professional to deliver high-level service to clients, coordinate meetings, and support account activity.

The ideal candidate has finance knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Base salary ranges from 54,000 to 72,000 USD with annual target bonuses and additional bonus opportunities; benefits discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in a Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, greet clients, prepare and complete paperwork.
• Supervise client account activity, research and resolve issues.
• Prepare and review all new account paperwork for completeness.
• Verify accounts are traded into the correct model; assist with rollovers and transfers.
• Document key client achievements and data for future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and comply with policies and procedures.
• Support firm initiatives and participate in company projects and events.
• Ensure CSA voice is represented in projects and product rollouts.
