Responsibilities

• Answer high volume inquiries and schedule meetings with clients.
• Process client financial transactions and advisor/branch expenses.
• Open new client accounts and verify client information in internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to service existing clients and support prospecting.
• Maintain client records in CRM and assist with marketing events.
• Enter orders as directed by the Financial Advisor.
