Raymond James in Hallandale Beach, FL seeks a dynamic Client Service Associate to provide essential administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. You will manage high volumes of inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, process transactions, and ensure documentation accuracy for onboarding and ongoing servicing.

The role requires effective multi-platform communication and strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year securities industry experience preferred.
• FINRA SIE exam completion preferred or required.
• Experience with CRM software and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume client inquiries and scheduling for prospective and existing clients.
• Process client financial transactions and expense reports for advisors and branch.
• Open new client accounts and verify client information using internal databases.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to assist servicing clients and prospecting.
• Maintain and update records in CRM; support marketing events and seminars.
• Assist Financial Advisors with placing orders when directed.
