Job summary

Raymond James in Buffalo seeks a Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. You will handle inquiries, schedule meetings, process transactions, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively across platforms, stays organized under deadlines, opens new accounts, prepares reports, and supports marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year securities industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication across multiple platforms (phone, email, in person, virtual).
• Ability to organize, manage and track multiple, detailed tasks with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Service a high volume of daily inquiries and meeting requests for clients and prospects by phone, in person, or virtually.
• Process client financial transactions and advisor expenses with accuracy; research information using internal databases.
• Open new client accounts and ensure paperwork is accurate before submission.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports; assist with marketing efforts and client-facing events.
