Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience (RIA or Broker/Dealer) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and maintain confidentiality.
• High level of confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings and prepare required paperwork.
• Supervise client account activity and resolve issues.
• Prepare and review new account paperwork for completeness.
• Verify accounts are traded into the correct model and assist operations.
• Document client achievements and data to assist future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and comply with policies and procedures.
• Support firm initiatives and participate in company projects.
• Represent the CSA voice in projects and rollouts.
