Qualifications

• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Two+ years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Advisor team in cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA request.
• Answer non-investment questions about client accounts and relay balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting client information and documentation.
• Provide clients with details about their account information and objectives.
