Qualifications

• Wide knowledge of financial services products and client accounts.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support coverage for a FA/PWA/team.
• Execute money movements as requested by clients or team.
• Answer general non-investment questions on accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information and pre-fill documents in clerical capacity.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation.
• Provide clients with account details and investment objectives.
• Accept or enter orders in clerical capacity under direction.
• Support marketing efforts and website maintenance.
• Assist teams in delivering against business plans and client service models.
• Stay current on policies, procedures, and new platforms.
• Participate in training, projects, and local management initiatives.
