Job summary

RH in New York's Gallery is seeking a Client Services Associate to deliver luxury service and assess client needs across the gallery, over the phone and by email. You will greet clients, connect them with the right associates, and create a premium service experience in every interaction.

The ideal candidate has luxury retail or design firm experience, superb communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Customer service experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail setting preferred

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 30 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
• Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
