Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, client services, or customer support.
• Experience managing high volumes of customer inquiries, tickets, or service requests.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating vendors or service providers.
• Experience with work order systems, CRMs, or ticketing platforms.
• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based customers or teams.

What You\'ll Own

What We\'re Looking For
