Job summary

BRUCE G. ALLEN INVESTMENTS LLC is seeking a Client Services & Operations Manager to deliver exceptional client experience while maintaining organized, accurate operations.

You will manage account administration, client communications, reporting, workflows, and office coordination in a full-time Cherry Creek office. You will work closely with advisors and clients across wealth management processes, handling onboarding, paperwork, CRM data, and reporting with precision and discretion.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client service, wealth management operations, financial services, or a related field.
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
  • Experience with investments, financial products, or wealth management processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with diverse clients.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients with responsive, personalized service.
  • Support advisors with wealth management operations and administrative priorities.
  • Prepare and process account paperwork, forms, and client documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, maintenance, transfers, and operations from initiation to completion.
  • Manage client information in CRM, planning, and other firm platforms.
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-ups for a seamless client experience.
  • Identify issues, anticipate needs, and move projects forward.
  • Maintain secure, confidential client records and firm information.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure teams have necessary resources.
  • Partner with advisors to improve processes and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

The Client Services & Operations Manager will play a central role in delivering an exceptional client experience while keeping the firm's operations organized, accurate, and efficient. Working closely with advisors and clients, this person will manage account administration, client communications, reporting, operational workflows, and office coordination. This is a full-time position in our Cherry Creek office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing responsive, professional, and highly personalized service.
  • Support advisors with day-to-day wealth management operations, client requests, and administrative priorities.
  • Prepare and process account paperwork, forms, reports, and other client documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, account maintenance, transfers, and other operational processes from initiation through completion.
  • Manage client information and activity within CRM, planning, and other firm technology platforms.
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, follow-ups, and other activities that help create a seamless client experience.
  • Identify issues, anticipate needs, and proactively move projects and client requests forward.
  • Maintain organized, secure, and confidential client records and firm information.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and help ensure the team has the systems, information, and resources needed to operate effectively.
  • Partner with advisors and team members to improve processes, strengthen service delivery, and keep priorities moving in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5+ years of experience in client service, wealth management operations, financial services, or a related field.
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) license required
  • Experience working with investments, financial products, financial analysis, or wealth management processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM/client management systems, financial planning software, virtual meeting platforms, and other technology used in a secure professional environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative, dependable team partner.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine commitment to client care and service excellence.

LICENSES & EXPERIENCE
