Key duties include onboarding, preparing for reviews, handling paperwork, CRM recordkeeping, and supporting trading and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of client service experience within a financial advisory or wealth management firm.
• Active Series 7 (or 6) and Series 63 (or 66) licenses required.
• Strong understanding of financial products, client service workflows, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, financial planning software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Support client onboarding, account setup, and ongoing service needs.
• Prepare for client review meetings, including reports, documentation, and follow-up items.
• Process account-related paperwork (openings, transfers, distributions, Roth conversions, etc.).
• Maintain accurate client records within CRM and advisory systems.
• Support advisors with financial planning, reporting, and account management.
• Assist with trade execution and ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Contribute to client events, marketing initiatives, and referral tracking.
