Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support our Travel, Accident & Health business during our evening shift. This will be a day shift position (8:30AM - 5PM EST).

You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and online chat while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include answering calls, responding to emails and chats, guiding product selection, entering policies, providing claim updates,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Three years of customer service experience, preferably in travel, accident and health or medical insurance.
• Life/Health and/or Property/Casualty insurance license or equivalent preferred.

• Resolve complex call inquiries through appropriate resources
• Determine appropriate product for customers, convert inquiries into insurance sales and enter them into policy administration system
• Provide claim status updates to claimants
• Provide troubleshooting for customer-facing technology
• Additional projects and tasks as needed

Required Skills and Abilities:

Education & Experience

$48,000 - $68,931/year

Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
