The Client Service Administrator supports the client account management team by helping advisors deliver organized, responsive, and high-quality service. This role combines client administration, meeting coordination, transaction support, office operations, and technology management while providing opportunities to grow within the wealth management industry.
What are the responsibilities?
As a Client Service Administrator, you will:
- Assist advisors with meeting preparation, client presentations, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate new client onboarding, maintain accurate account information, and process required documentation.
- Manage incoming client communications and ensure questions and requests are routed and addressed promptly.
- Work closely with custodial operations teams to facilitate deposits, withdrawals, cashiering requests, and other account transactions.
- Become proficient in the firm's technology platforms and develop into a resource for training colleagues on key systems.
- Build expertise in Charles Schwab's technology and documentation processes while supporting the firm's custodian relationship.
- Help identify and implement improvements that make client service processes more efficient.
- Support day-to-day office needs, meeting spaces, and internal or external event coordination.
- Assist with social media activities for advisors as needed.
