GLI in Las Vegas is seeking a Client Services Administrator to support sales operations, enhance client relationships, and drive cross-functional initiatives. This in-person role emphasizes organization, communication, and data accuracy across CRM platforms.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage customer and prospect data in CRM.
  • Create and track sales opportunities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate monthly and ad-hoc sales activity and customer spending reports.
  • Identify customer spending trends and provide meaningful insights.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communications.
  • Partner with multiple departments to support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Assist with sales proposals, competitive bids, and vendor registrations.
  • Monitor project timelines and internal processes to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Help facilitate and track sales opportunities from initiation through completion.
  • Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.
  • Provide backup support for reception and shipping functions when required.

What You'll Do

In this dynamic and highly visible role, you'll support sales operations, customer engagement, and cross-functional initiatives that help drive business success.
