Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of client service experience, preferably in banking or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of banking practices, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex client instructions within defined authorities.
• English fluency with professional certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager to achieve financial targets with strong support.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients.
• Deepen client relationships through service and relationship management.
• Generate referrals for Wealth, Balance Sheet, and Mortgage products.
• Manage complaints and ensure timely resolution in line with bank processes.
• Support Periodic Reviews, Source of Wealth, and credit renewals.
