Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City seeks a Private Client Banker within Branch Banking to serve as the primary contact for affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationships and delivering tailored education and advice to suit their financial needs.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, promote 24/7 self-service access, and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• SIE, FINRA 6/7, state registration (63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days of starting.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
