Oregon Pacific Bank is seeking a teller to perform a variety of duties including paying out and receiving transactions for existing and potential clients with precision and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma and approximately 6 months of teller or related experience, with strong client service and cash handling skills. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to maintain accurate records and provide excellent service.

• Ability to communicate in person, by email, and phone in a professional manner.
• Competency with extensive face-to-face contact with clients.
• Competency in providing exemplary client service in a professional manner.
• Ability to interpret bank policies and procedures to clients.
• Ability to tolerate stress and deal with clients diplomatically.
• Ability to handle large amounts of cash and make change.
• Competency in basic mathematical skills such as calculating interest and percentages.
• Ability to operate on-line teller terminal.

Responsabilités

• Perform teller duties including paying out, receiving and recording transactions for clients.
• Balance cash within teller guidelines and maintain accuracy.
• Process deposits, verify cash, endorsements and prepare cashier checks.
• Handle check cashing, endorsements, and client identification for transactions.
• Assist with debit cards, including ordering and researching in core system.
• Assist clients by reconciling accounts, researching issues and resolving complaints.
• Prepare change orders for commercial clients and cross-sell bank products where appropriate.
• Provide courteous, expeditious service to ensure client satisfaction.
