The Client Service Team Leader within the Alternatives group serves as a point of escalation for complex issues, directing team resources to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing Client Service Supervisors and their teams, handling day-to-day client relationships, performing core product functions, and collaborating on interdepartmental projects. You will also consult with clients on alternatives concepts related to hedge funds, private equity, private debt, and real estate funds.
