is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative Supervisor to join our well-established, multi-doctor, 24-hour emergency/general practice located in Springfield, Pennsylvania.

Supervisor - Client Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative Supervisor with a minimum of five years of customer service experience. We desire a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to deliver excellent client care.

As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative Supervisor sets the tone for the practice, building and maintaining each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.

The CSR Supervisor is pivotal to the hospital's operations and is responsible for:

• Supervising the CSR staff fairly and respectfully, maintaining trust with management
• Providing excellent client service, phone, and computer skills
• Being friendly, outgoing, and “people-oriented”
• Greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling, confirming appointments, and checking clients in/out
• Processing payments
• Performing light cleaning and other duties
• Having a background in management, including hiring, reviews, disciplinary actions, scheduling, employee relations, communication, and time clock maintenance

This position includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
