Skills and Competencies
  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Basic knowledge of database administration (i.e., SQL Server, Postgres).

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of a team that supports Moody’s Analytics clients in their usage of the suite of Moody’s Analytics Lending Solutions products. Your day will include troubleshooting platform errors, configuration and data issues, advising clients on how to maximize the platform, and providing information on new features to enhance their lending experience. You will work closely with client delivery and engineering teams to escalate code and configuration issues.

  • Providing conceptual solutions to our clients.
  • Offering in-depth education and assistance on product features, functionality, and technical architecture.
  • Supporting clients on the use of our credit risk products via web, email, and phone.
  • Developing excellent working relationships with colleagues in Client Service, Engineering, Research, and Product teams.
  • Providing feedback to sales and training teams on client needs and opportunities.
  • Capturing and channeling client feedback on product features and functionality.
  • Creating content for our client Knowledge Base.
  • Managing and escalating requests while maintaining ownership of client interactions and solutions.
About the team

We operate in a fast-paced environment supporting Moody’s Analytics Lending Solutions products.

For US-based roles, the anticipated salary range is $56,300 - $81,650, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. This full-time role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k), life, disability, and accident insurance, employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
