Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency LLC (MMA) is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our service team in Bluffton, SC. You will partner with Sales Center and Remarketing to ensure high-quality support, manage client expectations, and maintain rapport with clients and underwriters to grow accounts.

We value strong communication, a team-first attitude, and proficient use of Microsoft Office. A property & casualty license is required; MMA provides licensing courses and exam support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
• Independent thinking with goal-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Center and Remarketing to ensure quality service at a support level.

A day in the life.

As our Client Service Specialist on the serviceteam, you'll partner with both the Sales Center and Remarketing areas to ensure quality service is delivered at a support level. Remain knowledgeable of coverages and manage the expectations of the client (both internal and external). Maintain rapport with clients, company underwriters, and develop/grow existing accounts. Work collegially as a supportive member of the production team for the benefit of the clients. Maintain open, effective communication and timely follow-up.

Shift for this team:

Important: Position requires Property & Casualty Insurance License. MMA will provide licensing course and licensing exam. Colleagues will be given two attempts to pass the exam.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Personal Lines Insurance Experience
