Holmes Murphy & Associates in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team. You will prepare certificates, binders, and auto ID cards while handling invoicing and carrier changes to keep client files accurate.

With 0–1 year in admin or customer service and a Property/Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 3 months), you will deliver world-class client service and support our finance and account teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
• Property/Casualty license required or able to obtain within 3 months.
• Ability to consult with clients and apply insurance principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoice agency bill transactions for new/renewal policies, installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy; resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Order policy changes from carriers; update exposure schedules; set follow-up tasks.
• Investigate and correct omissions and commission differences on premiums.
