Job summary

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, LLC in New Mexico is seeking a Client Services Specialist to greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming environment while connecting them with vital mental health services.

You will coordinate care by scheduling psychiatric services, conducting brief intake interviews, verifying insurance, and assisting families with paperwork and enrollment, all while collaborating with the clinical team and school partners to process referrals within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Natural communicator with warm, professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask (Google Suite and EMR data entry).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and a commitment to high standards of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Be a Welcoming Presence: Greet clients with warmth and provide a comforting environment.
• Coordinate Care: Schedule psychiatric services, perform brief intake interviews, and verify insurance.
• Empower Families: Assist parents/caregivers with paperwork and program enrollment.
• Drive Success: Process referrals within 24 hours in collaboration with the clinical team.
