Job summary

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health seeks a Client Services Specialist to serve as the first impression at our Rio Rancho front office. You will greet clients warmly and help connect them with life-changing mental health services.

You will coordinate scheduling, intake interviews, and insurance verification while assisting families with essential paperwork and enrollment. Join us to support adults, children, and families in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and professional communication are essential.
• Experience with Google Suite and EMR data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Welcoming Presence: greet clients warmly and create a comfortable environment.
• Coordinate Care: schedule psychiatric services, conduct brief intake, verify insurance.
• Empower Families: assist with paperwork and program enrollment for caregivers.
• Drive Success: process referrals within 24 hours, ensuring access to care.

• A Natural Communicator: You are friendly, professional, and ideally bi-lingual (English/Spanish) to best serve our diverse Northern New Mexico community.
