Job summary

Corient is seeking a Client Services Associate to be the central contact for our high-net-worth client base in Morristown. You will coordinate between clients, advisors, and support teams to deliver timely responses and accurate records.

You will input requests into Salesforce, prepare portfolio reports, and open new accounts, while upholding the firm's wealth management processes and standards of service. This role requires strong communication, meticulous data handling, and a proactive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as central point of contact for ingesting client requests.
  • Coordinate between client, advisor, and additional support teams to execute & track against client requests.
  • Take prompt effective action to address client needs.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and action-oriented approach to handling challenging client requests.
  • Support/data input for client prospecting.
  • Schedule meetings between advisory team & clients.
  • Input client and advisor requests into Salesforce, track completion.
  • Retrieve and distribute client statements, tax documents, or other reports.
  • Generate portfolio reports.
  • Communicate with clients daily addressing their day-to-day needs in an articulate and professional manner.
  • Complete required paperwork.
  • Open accounts for existing clients.
  • Understand firm's wealth management process.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Physical Requirements

This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible. This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization. Corient participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, this employer is required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to resolve the issue before the employer can take any action against you, including terminating your employment.
