Job summary

Corient is seeking an Onboarding Specialist II to oversee end-to-end onboarding for new clients and accounts, from WMA generation to setup and funding. You will prepare paperwork, coordinate signatures, and manage asset transfers with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Collaborate with client service teams to gather information and ensure timely onboarding while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with firm policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2-3 years of operations or client service experience at a financial services company.
  • Experience with DocuSign, Salesforce, Addepar, and custodial platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new clients/accounts (WMA generation to setup/funding).
  • Prepare and process new account paperwork with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mail.
  • Manage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wires.
  • Deliver outstanding client service during onboarding.
  • Collaborate with client service specialists and internal teams to ensure timely onboarding.

About the Role

Corient is seeking an Onboarding Specialist II. The responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and accounts, from WMA generation to account setup and funding.
  • Prepare and process new account paperwork including custodial forms, wealth management agreements, transfer forms, and required disclosures with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mail
  • Manage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wires
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and needs during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate closely with client service specialists and internal teams to gather information and ensure the completion of timely onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of operations or client service experience at an RIA or similar financial services company
  • Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Salesforce, Addepar, DocuSign, (competency or ability to learn quickly)
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requests
  • Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision but enjoy being part of a team
  • Must be confidential with all client and firm matters
Pay Information

This position is non-exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts. The pay range for this position is $30-$40per hour. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible. This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization. Corient participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, this employer is required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to resolve the issue before the employer can take any action against you, including terminating your employment.
