This role supports onboarding and client service for a premier family office environment. The successful candidate will oversee onboarding, process paperwork, coordinate signatures, and manage asset transfers, collaborating with internal teams to

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2-3 years of operations or client service experience at an RIA or similar financial services company.
  • Experience with wealth management platforms and the listed tools (DocuSign, Salesforce, Addepar, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently yet collaborate with a team.
  • Onsite work four days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new clients and accounts from account opening to funding.
  • Prepare and process new account paperwork with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mail.
  • Manage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wires.
  • Deliver outstanding client service during onboarding.
  • Collaborate with client service specialists and internal teams to ensure timely onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and accounts, from WMA generation to account setup and funding.
  • Prepare and process new account paperwork including custodial forms, wealth management agreements, transfer forms, and required disclosures with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mail
  • Manage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wires
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and needs during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate closely with client service specialists and internal teams to gather information and ensure the completion of timely onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of operations or client service experience at an RIA or similar financial services company
  • Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Salesforce, Addepar, DocuSign, (competency or ability to learn quickly)
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requests
  • Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision but enjoy being part of a team
  • Must be confidential with all client and firm matters
  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

Physical Requirements
  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
