Rose Pest Solutions is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the friendly face and trusted voice keeping our Service Center running smoothly. You will connect clients with service and sales teams, manage appointments, and assist with paperwork and communications.

The role offers $21/hour plus commission and full benefits, plus opportunities for growth within a 4th-generation family-owned company with a long legacy of service and expertise.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and helping others.
Stay organized and detail-oriented under pressure.
Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service requests and schedule appointments.
Support service and sales teams with paperwork, schedules, and client communications.
Help clients understand and choose residential services that fit their needs.
Follow up with clients and assist with account collections.
Keep everything organized so the team can succeed.
