As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting all administrative responsibilities for front desk support and provide practice management support for one or more advisors or leaders.### **Key Responsibilities**###* ### General administrative duties performed may include: logging/distributing correspondence and check deposits, maintenance for office of supervisory jurisdiction and client files, office supply management (including maintenance of equipment), processing expense submissions-tracking-approvals, initiating maintenance requests, schedule wholesalers and support branch seminar series/events. Responsible for Reception support: answering phones during regular business hours, greeting clients-prospects.* ### Practice Support duties may include: delivery of Ameriprise Client Experience for clients of one or more practices. Responsibilities may include; scheduling client or prospect appointments, entering client data into various applications, supervising progress vs. practice goals, addressing client service requests, establishing new clients with Ameriprise, including introducing the digital experience, assisting advisor in preparation or follow-up to client or prospect meetings.
