VCA Animal Hospitals in Woodbridge, VA seeks an energetic veterinary receptionist to greet clients, schedule appointments, and manage calls and payments. You will explain fees, recommend products, and help clients with pet care questions while maintaining accurate medical records.
The role requires reliable hours, teamwork, and a focus on compassionate service for pets and people alike.

Salary is based on experience. A minimum of one year veterinary reception experience is required. Extra consideration given to emergency veterinary reception experience. Candidates must be available for multiple shifts, have weekend and holiday availability. Hourly pay between $16 - $20 depending on experience, qualifications, and availability.
