VCA Cedar Animal Hospital in Minneapolis is seeking a friendly, organized Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You’ll greet clients and pets, answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, and help keep records accurate.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our hospital. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while supporting our veterinary team.

What You’ll Do

Compensation

$18.00 – $22.00/hour

Pay range is negotiable based on experience, education, skills, and credentials.

Schedule

Full or part time opportunities available. Flexible scheduling available. Hospital is open weekdays 8am-6pm. Rotating Saturdays 8:00am to 1:00pm required.
