Job summary

VCA Rose Hill Animal Hospital in Kirkland, WA is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to greet clients and their pets, answer phones, and assist across the hospital. You will schedule appointments, collect payments, explain fees, coordinate prescriptions, and educate clients on general pet care and preventive services.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a pay rate of $21–$22 per hour, with 4 x 10-hour shifts and growth opportunities within the VCA

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering phones, and assisting clients and their pets throughout the hospital.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Making outbound calls for follow-ups and connecting with prospective clients.
• Reviewing and explaining fees, processing payments, and assisting with financial questions.
• Recommending and coordinating products and services, including prescription requests.
• Answering client questions and providing education on general pet care, wellness, and preventive care.
• Maintaining accurate medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment, both inside and outside.
• Supporting the hospital team with day-to-day administrative and customer service needs.

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Rose Hill Animal Hospital !

Schedule: Full-time, 4 x 10-hour shifts.

Compensation: $21 - 22 /hr.

Our Client Service Representatives:

As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in creating a welcoming, positive experience for clients and their pets. The CSR helps build trust and confidence while keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering phones, and assisting clients and their pets throughout the hospital.
