Job summary

Central Veterinary Hospital in Fremont is looking for a full-time Client Service Representative or Receptionist. You will be responsible for front desk duties, client communication, and assisting veterinarians.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of customer service experience, is compassionate, and able to provide excellent service. We offer a starting hourly rate of $20-25, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth!

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and/or client-focused setting. Veterinary or medical setting preferred.
• Comfortable around cats and dogs.
• Available Monday-Friday between 8:00 am-7:00 pm. Shift times may vary.

Responsibilities

• General front desk duties: greeting clients, booking appointments, etc.
• Rooming patients and taking a brief history.
• Client communication.
• Managing phone lines.
• Cleaning and disinfecting the hospital.
• Carrying out tasks as requested by the veterinarian.
• Medical records management.
