We are Choice Vets Pet Care and we are in search of our next team member(s) for our growing hospital! Choice Vets Pet Care is a very busy and rapidly expanding veterinary hospital in Fairview, PA and we are looking for a full time customer service team member! This team member must have strong, direct customer service experience. If you have a strong work ethic and want to work as part of a team that enjoys working together and treats each other and their clients/patients as family, this may be the position for you.

We are looking for a team member who has good recall and organizational skills, superb phone etiquette with proven experience handling multi-line phones and a true dedication to client services. Candidates must have strong computer knowledge and multitasking ability, while maintaining strong attention to detail. The team member will also perform scanning, taking medication requests, food and medicine pick up coordination, relaying messages to/from doctors and technicians, checking in clients for routine and surgical appointments, invoicing and checking out clients as well as other client service needs. The right candidate needs to be outgoing, hard working with the ability to be compassionate and caring with our clients and their pets.

This position would include weekday and evening hours. No weekend hours. Candidate should have an outgoing personality, be a team player, possess excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and of course be pet-friendly! Candidate must also be highly motivated, work well under pressure, and be able to perform their duties in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires you to be able to sit, stand and walk and occasionally lift up to 40lbs.
