Responsibilities

• Liaison with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions

• Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
• Support and mentor new employees
• Keep attendance and other records
• Manage training budgets
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
