VCA Peachtree Animal Hospital in Chamblee, GA is seeking a Client Service Representative for a full-time role with rotating Saturdays. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, answer calls, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records, supporting veterinarians and the care team with friendly, professional service.

• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries.
• Manage appointment flow to support efficiency for the medical team.
• Accurately enter and update patient and client information in the computer system.
• Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions.
• Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and kennel staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide clients with information regarding services, treatments, and general pet care.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, email communication, and record keeping.

The Role

As a Client Service Representative you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. You’ll work closely with our veterinarians and patient care team in helping guide clients through their pet’s care with confidence and compassion.
